This program was designed for the wrestler/jiujitsu practitioner from the ages of 8-12 years old. It is all body weight, no equipment necessary. This program focuses on movements and exercises that will develop strength in areas that are important on the mat. Like quick feet, strong legs and core, and a solid upper-body.
